As MaestroMeetings' President, Pereyra is responsible for overseeing MaestroMeetings' day-to-day-operations as well as the organization's strategic initiatives. With a PhD in management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, Pereyra also holds an MS in public policy and management from Carnegie Mellon University and an MS in management and technology and a BS/BA from Carlow University. Pereyra also serves as the Executive Director of the Latin American Studies Association (LASA).
As MaestroMeetings' Operations Director, Pilar is responsible for the day to day running of the organization, as well as acting as direct support to the President. Pilar graduated with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and received a certification in Nonprofit Management from the University of Pittsburgh/ University of Illinois. She switched from Management Consulting to the nonprofit world when she determined in 2012 that she wanted to work with a mission in mind, a key element in all nonprofits. Her passions include her family, traveling, reading, volunteering and helping make this world a better place.
